Connect Moneyta to ChatGPT or Claude
Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your own portfolio. Connect Moneyta once and your AI assistant can read your holdings, health score, risk metrics, and net worth, securely, read-only, and scoped to your account.

What the connector does
Moneyta is available as a connector (an MCP app) for both ChatGPT and Claude. Once connected, you can ask your assistant things like “How's my portfolio health?”, “How correlated are my holdings?”, or “What's my net worth?” and it pulls the answer from your live Moneyta data. Access is read-only: the connector can't place trades, move money, or change anything, and your PIN-encrypted Vault is never exposed.

Connect your assistant
Claude and ChatGPT are set up independently. Connect whichever assistant you use (or each one separately). You only need to do this once per assistant.
In Claude
Go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and enter the Moneyta MCP URL: https://mcp.moneyta.co/mcp. Click Connect, sign in with your Moneyta account in the window that opens, and approve the consent screen. Claude loads Moneyta's tools and you're ready to ask about your portfolio.
In ChatGPT
Enable Developer mode under Settings → Connectors → Advanced (available on Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans). Then add a custom connector with the URL https://mcp.moneyta.co/mcp, choose OAuth, and connect, sign in with your Moneyta account and approve access.

What you can ask
Try: “Summarize my portfolio health and the top risks”, “What are my biggest holdings and how are they doing today?”, “How correlated are my holdings?” (Gold), or “Would buying 10 shares of NVDA help or hurt my portfolio?”. Plans, credits, and control
Tools follow your Moneyta plan: everyone gets account, portfolio, positions, analysis, net worth, assets, alerts, and price history; correlation and quant metrics are Gold. A few actions spend a credit (running a fresh analysis, evaluating a trade idea, or generating a Goodwin explanation), and your assistant will ask you to confirm first. You can revoke the connection at any time from your authentication settings or your assistant's connector settings.
